NDT Technologies Inc. is an integrator of complex pneumatic hydraulics, mechanical controls and robotic systems.
We provide customized solutions to material testing and measuring applications for industries such as steel, transportation, aerospace, nuclear, petrochemical, plastic, power generation and manufacturing.
Integrated custom manufactured NDT systems can be large and complex, often consisting of several smaller subsystems.
An example of a seamlessly integrated assembly is our On-line Rail Test Center, composed of a Rail Cleaning station, followed by a Laser Measuring station, an Eddy Current Eddytron TM station, an Ultrasonic SonoTron TM station and a Defect Marking unit. Operator controls for each individual subsystem are amalgamated in a computerized control room that monitors the entire testing line on several computers.
The entire assembly is over 50 metres long, about 2.5 metres wide and 2.5 metres high (excluding the control room). It weighs about 10,000 kg.
