Methodology and Training
Functional Non-destructive Technologies are based on application of ultrasound, non-contact electromagnetics (Eddy current and EMAT), magnetics (MPI) and optical methods. Full integration with material handling and processing controls.

Mechanical and Electronic Engineering and Software
Mechanical department provides design and engineering for material handling, sensor positioning guidance and controls. Designs are processed through welding and CNC machining centre up to the final assembly whereby all facilities are located on company premises.
Electronic engineering and manufacturing department provides custom design of circuits, assemblies and quality control of ultrasonic, eddy current multi-channels instrumentation and auxiliary equipment.
Instrumentation hardware is designed and built on premises using digital electronics with FPGA core processing and real-time software. Data servers and storage management operates under Windows™ platform.
